Onsite Direct Supportive Services address the critical needs of a vulnerable low-income community, primarily assisting:

  • Individuals with mental illness
  • People with disabilities
  • Those in recovery
  • The elderly

Community-building activities include:

  • Hosting social events
  • Celebrating holidays

Homebuyer Education – Preparing Residents for Successful Homeownership

CARE Soffers certified, comprehensive online homebuyer education courses designed to prepare individuals and families for the complexities of homeownership. The program covers essential topics such as:

  • Understanding credit and managing finances
  • Navigating mortgage options and securing financing
  • Budgeting for homeownership expenses
  • Identifying the right property and negotiating terms
  • Maintaining and protecting your investment

Participants who complete the course are better equipped to make informed decisions, avoid common pitfalls, and sustain long-term homeownership success.
